Whilst no longer a working farm Woodlands Farm and surrounding land is steeped in Ironbridge Industrial History.

The main part of the house was built circa 1860 as the offices of Legge & Co. Brickworks. What is now, beautifully reclaimed by nature, was, once covered with mine shafts, truck rails, work sheds and a clay extraction pit. The Brickworks moved to Blists Hill and what remained became Woodlands Farm.

Woodlands Farm has been offering  Bed and Breakfast for over 20 years and Elloise has lived in and run the Guest House for nine years, the first eight with Chris who passed away in 2009.

Unique in Ironbridge the Guest House has three ground floor suites all with their own private en suite facilities including lounges all with garden views. Upstairs are two Studio Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

We are located in Ironbridge, on top of the Gorge, just two minutes drive or approximately ten minutes walk to the world famous Iron Bridge. We are 5-10 minutes’ drive to all the local museums and just ten minutes drive from Telford Town Centre and its’ International Exhibition Centre.

Over the years not only have we been visited by some wonderful people guests but also by a variety of wildlife  guests including badgers, foxes, birds of prey and woodpeckers. We are delighted that Phil the Pheasant with his ever growing empire and Daisy Duck and friends still grace us with their presence .
